About these terms
These terms apply to your use of modulajoinery.com, operated by Modula Carpentry & Joinery, Littlehampton, West Sussex. By using the site you agree to them.
Enquiries, surveys and quotations
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Site surveys carry a £100 charge, which we will confirm with you before booking. Following a survey we provide a written quotation; work begins only once you accept that quotation, and any project-specific terms, deposits and timings set out in it will apply to the work.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where you agree a contract with us away from our premises, you may have a 14-day right to cancel; bespoke, made-to-measure items made to your specification may be exempt once work has begun, and we will explain this in your quotation.

All photographs, text, logos and designs on this site belong to Modula Carpentry & Joinery unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. We aim to keep information accurate, but descriptions and images are illustrative and do not form part of any contract.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or from temporary unavailability of it. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
